98个装有空白检测单的密封塑料袋，被放入杭州的钱塘江中，检测单上送检人的名字是艺术家本人，王强。检测单随波逐流，没有一个确定的目的地。捡到的人都会根据自己的判断做出决定：是丢弃、填写、写什么？
Took part in a collective project titled Agreeing to Take 1994/11/26 as a Reason.
Ninety-eight sealed plastic bags, each containing a blank test form, were released into the Qiantang River in Hangzhou. The name entered on the form as the "submitter for testing" is that of the artist himself, Wang Qiang. The forms drift with the current, with no fixed destination. Whoever picks one up must decide, according to their own judgment—discard it, fill it in, or write something?
